Bathtime and a mess maker!

Logan is all over the place now! I was washing botttles one afternoon and heard paper crunching. I came around the corner to find this! He got himself between the table and chair and got a magazine off the bottom of this table and went to town!

Bathtime is a fun time in our house!

And there is always the guard dog wherever the kids are! Max is such a good dog. He lets both Logan and Ady crawl all over him and he just lays there!

Happy 5 Months Logan!

Logan Bear! You are 5 months old already! You are such a fun baby! Everyday you get more and more personality and we love it! You are so happy and we get compliments all the time! I can't believe how fast the time is going. I knew it would be fast because it was with Ady but with 2 I think it goes double time!! You are loved by so many and I know that you feel that! We thank God everyday for allowing us to raise you and your big sister Ady. We are so blessed to have you 2! We love you so much and will always.

You LOVE your big sister! When you wake up from a nap I get you out of your crib and you immediately look down, looking for sister!

My reason for getting up in the morning! And that happens to be 7am everyday! Logan does not sleep past 7!

What you are up to:

• You eat every 3-4 hours at night and 2-3 hours during the day.
• We are now giving you 4 oz of formula. We couldn't give you more than 3 or you would spit it all right back up
• You are in size 2 diapers in Huggies but I had some Target size 3's that were given to us and I put one on you to see how they fit and they fit!
• You are in 3-6 months clothes.
• You are teething so everything goes into your mouth!
• You are now mobile. I wouldn't really call in crawling but you will get from room to room! You pull your legs up and launch forward!
• Aunt Jessi caught you trying to pull yourself up onto her couch!
• You are very curious and into everything!!!
• You are sitting up unsupported and on your own.
• You have started to sit up in your bath tub.
• You love cereal. Really you just love to eat.
• The only time you cry is when you are hungry. And it's like a switch! We can not make that bottle fast enough!
• You fight sleep really bad.
• You love to swim and be in water in general. Definitely a water baby!
• You are no longer in your carrier :(. You got way to heavy to carry in that thing. You are now in Ady's seat and Ady is in a new booster.
• You have taken a liking to Max! Anytime you see him walk by you laugh and if he's laying in the floor in the same room as you you will crawl over and love on him!
• You do not like to be held for very long. You will wiggle and wiggle because you want on the floor to crawl around!

I love love love this smile!!!

Birthday Weekend!

I haven't blogged in a few weeks because my computer cord decided to crap out on me! I finally got the 'correct' one in the mail today!! YAY! So here I am!

My birthday was Friday, July 15th. For dinner we went to Caldwell and ate at The Red Barn with my mom, Chris, Bubba, Nessa, and Jax. Saturday morning we had a memorial service for my step mom's mom (Earlene) (another post). After the service we headed back to Earlene's house for a HUGE dinner. My dad and Kim will make this home their new home shortly. It has an indoor swimming pool. We didn't take the kids with us to the memorial because it was graveside and super hot. After the house cleared out we went and got the kids (Thanks Aunt T for watching them!) so they could swim. Grandma H always wanted a house full of people and her pool full!

This post has alot of pictures. I was busy doing other stuff around the house and with the kids when I realized that I had put all the pictures from that weekend on here! Oops! Oh well! Enjoy! I'll just leave it to the pictures to explain our days!

Our week...

Our weeks are usually pretty low key. Here are some pictures to show you some of the things I caught on camera! Most are with my iPhone.

On Tuesdays Ady has gymnastics. She LOVES it! And she does awesome. Not that I'm biased but honestly everytime she goes she improves so much! Her coach told me last week that she did not think she needed to be in the 3-4 year old class when the semester starts. She wants her in the beginner class (5-6 years old). Which is what the majority of the girls in her summer class will be in. This picture isn't very good it was taken with my phone and through a window!

Saturday Jessi and I had a garage sale at Jessi's. Ady and Reese kept coming out and playing with the toys that we were trying to sell. Reese loves to wear hats. He kept getting in the hat box and trying them all out! Here Reese and Ady are pretending like they are watching a movie! Oh the imagination of a 2 and 3 year old!

One afternoon Ady wanted to play games. Hungry Hungry Hippos was her choice! (by the way, I think she learned to play games with her Bubba. She will cheat and can not stand to lose. We play until she wins). Logan scooted over to join us!

I had to go for a check up today (everything is fine). I put Logan back in his car seat to play with a toy. Within 5 seconds he got himself like this. This is why he has to be buckled into EVERYTHING! This is also the last time I am carrying him in this. He's just way to heavy!

Ady asks me all the time if Logan can lay in bedroom and play. I take this opportunity to get something done! I think I was washing bottles and Ady comes into the kitchen and tells me Logan is under her bed! He sure enough was!

Logan has what is called a Wabanub. It is a little stuffed bear with a pacifier on it. The pacifier is huge. He doesn't suck on it. He chews on it though!

One evening Mike and Logan decided to take a little nap!
